5. Dr Ian Campbell - Ian is a Senior Environmental Scientist for Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick in a team based in Chesterfield, providing support to all Scott Wilson offices in the UK. He has specialised in all phases of the investigation and assessment of contaminated land and has been involved in numerous qualitative and quantitative risk assessments. These have ranged from quantification of risks to human health using US EPA protocols and the ASTM Risk Based Corrective Action (RBCA) process to groundwater risk assessments required under Regulation 15 of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations. Ian has considerable expertise in the use and application of regulatory, commercial and in-house deterministic and probabilistic models to assess risks associated with chemical contamination. He has also helped to set up and develop an in-house capability in the storage, handling and presentation of environmental data using GIS based packages.
