4. Dr John Davys - John completed his Phd in groundwater modeling before working for several years as a groundwater and soil remediation specialist. In 1999 he was appointed senior remediation engineer at the Environment Agency's National Groundwater and Contaminated Land Center. Currently he is Environmental Projects Manager for TotalFinaElf UK Ltd, responsible for management of environmental risks for all operations downstream of refineries. His main focus is on contaminated land and groundwater protection, implementing improved wetstock control procedures for the company. He has also recently developed a company wide environmental strategy and sustainability program.
