Roger is an ex Local Authority Environmental Health Officer with twenty too many years experience of pollution control. Over the last 12 years he has specialised in contaminated land and Town & Country Planning (Development Control). Four years ago he left to establish Zero environment Ltd as a quality training and environmental consultancy. Since then he has assisted over half the Local Authorities in England prepare for Part IIA and 70 plus are using his statutory contaminated land strategy framework document. His portfolio in only four years boasts over 300 Local authority and private sector clients. He is a veteran of many difficult legal wrangles in both the Higher Courts and Public Inquiries, experienced lecturer, author and Sweet & Maxwell Checked Expert Witness in both England and Scotland.
