About Zero:

Established in 1999 Zero environment Ltd has already served over 400 clients in the public and private sectors. From the Environment Agency and the Atomic Weapons Establishment to Eton School and the Colleges of Law. Regular repeat business demonstrates a high level of satisfaction with both environmental training and consultancy services.

Previously the Law Society "CHECKED" Scheme

Checked Expert Witness
The Sweet & Maxwell Checked Expert Witness programme requires strict vetting of witnesses approved by at least two professional referees (solicitors / barristers) verifying the quality of written evidence and presentation skills in court. No other register of "expert witnesses" requires this.

Leading public sector supplier
As probably the leading public sector supplier, over 70 local authorities are currently using the Zero environment contaminated land strategy framework to meet their statutory obligations under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Further support in the form of training and consultancy services continues to be provided throughout the UK.

Extensive experience
The need to protect new green field sites and the environmental impact of development generally stretches local authority planning and environmental service departments to the limit. Extensive experience in environmental impact analysis and development control has ensured a consistently high quality and reliable service to both public and private clients in this respect.

Focus on:

Acoustics and noise control - wide range of services available in this increasingly demanding field

Contaminated land - with tomes of new guidance on Part IIA, Town Planning and Environmental Liability, quality of advice has never been more crucial

Statutory nuisance - both the technical issues the law relating to nuisance are highly complex

Read the comments of past customers - only the highest levels of quality and service are provided

Recent projects with photographs indicate the expertise required to deal with a wide variety of problems
